Dear Music lovers and dance advocates,
We hope you are keeping well and enjoying the spring time. After our last Ecstatic Dance event (Waves), with We are Good Vibe, were were able to celebrate the success of our collective achievements. A great energy was built together, releasing as a group. Especially that moment when Max pulled out the drums and we took orbit! Big thank you to the people who showed up for themselves and embraced the space together.

This event is focused on transending the ordinary self with intentional and remedial movement / dance, to achieve a state of pure awareness, inner peace, and unity. This involves moving beyond mind and emotions; letting your body be free with deep presence.
