Join us for Shakti Fest, a unique mini-festival blending conscious movement, connection, creative expression, and playfulness. Happening in the heart of Brunswick at Summer Healing Yoga from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. this event is a chance to immerse yourself in a vibrant, uplifting experience.

6-7pm Rhythm Flow Yoga with Cadia – A grounding rhythm earth connection and movement practice that weaves together earth connection, yoga, and the freedom of dance, set to live DJing by Mickey.
