This 50-hour intensive program has been created for certified and aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated yoga students who wish to delve further into the world of yin yoga for their individual or group practice.
We cover 30 contact hours over 4 days. The remaining 20 hours are covered through homework assignments and assisting and teaching SEVA classes - A unique approach developed to give students real-life practical teaching experience.
We live in a fast-paced, yang-dominated world where the epitome of this pace is often caused by the influence of stress and anxiety in our lives, essentially creating an imbalance. Even many yoga practices that are, in essence, designed to bring us back into balance tend to be yang focused. Yin is the medicine required to help return that balance to a
calmer centred and focused state of being.
