Meditation 50 hr certification Mondays 6-730 pm (30 minutes after of meditation lecture) 1.5hr per week 1.5 hr home practice per week 4mth course Commence any time $800 or $1000 on payment plan ✅ You will have the skills to hold group meditation sessions ✅Our Seva meditation program includes teaching 5 group meditations prior to completion ✅ Learn meditation techniques ✅Teaching Meditation Methodology ✅Anatomy and Physiology of Meditation ✅Philosophy ✅Practical Teaching Skills
