Introduction
Purpose of Prenatal Yoga Training
To empower yoga teachers with the knowledge, sensitivity, and skills to guide pregnant students through safe, supportive, and deeply nurturing yoga practices. This program is designed to elevate your teaching, transforming your understanding of prenatal support from basic instruction to truly heart-centered mentorship.
This training goes beyond simple physical modifications, cultivating a teacher's ability to truly hold sacred space for the profound physical and emotional transformation of motherhood. You will gain the expertise to address common physical needs, manage energy levels, and offer crucial emotional scaffolding that supports a student's journey week after week.
Ultimately, you will learn to foster inner strength, promote essential stability, and utilize breathwork to instill a sense of peace and confidence as students navigate their unique journey toward birth, ensuring every class you lead is a source of nourishment for both mother and baby.
