This Course is for anyone who would like to learn in depth knowledge Rebirthing-Breathwork, regardless of if it is for your own healing and practice or to share it with others. No prior breath work experience necessary as we cover all aspects of the practice in our training.Rebirthing Breathwork aka Conscious Connected Breathing, is the ability to breathe Energy as well as air. It is the art of learning to breathe from the Breath Itself.

Rebirthing also helps us to unravel the birth-death cycle and to realign ourselves with our divine and eternal expression of pure life. Rebirthing also helps us to release trauma which we store in the physical body and heal the outdated beliefs and conditioning that we created at birth or very early in life that continue to play out in our lives as patterned behaviour.Rebirthing is the most non invasive way to heal ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. When we can consciously connect to our breath we are consciously connecting to life and we can help remind others that they too can heal with their own breath too which in turn gives them more health, happiness, success, connection and peace of mind.
