Trying yoga is one thing. Building it into your life is another. Summer Healing's membership options are designed to make regular practice simple and flexible without locking you into a rigid long-term contract.


Whether you're brand new to yoga, an athlete using classes for recovery, or a dedicated practitioner ready to go all-in on the full wellness centre, there's a membership plan to match.



Start With a 30-Day Unlimited Trial

New to Summer Healing? Start with our 30-day unlimited yoga trial for $108. It's the easiest way to try different class styles hot, yin, vinyasa and more and find what suits you before committing to an ongoing membership.

Our Membership Options

Summer Healing keeps membership simple, with three main ways to join:

10-Class Pass

Perfect if you want flexibility without a recurring commitment. The 10-Class Pass lets you attend any class at your own pace, with no expiry pressure forcing you into the studio before you're ready. It's also a popular gift option for a friend or family member who's curious about yoga.

Silver Membership

For regular practitioners who want unlimited access without the extras. The Silver Membership gives you unlimited yoga, Pilates and fitness classes across our full weekly schedule ideal if your focus is consistent practice rather than the recovery centre.


Crown Membership

Our most complete option. Crown Membership includes unlimited classes plus access to our Wellness Centre infrared sauna, ice bath and recovery services so your practice and your recovery are covered under one plan. A Crown Membership Concession rate is also available for members experiencing financial hardship.

Wellness Centre Pricing (Pay-As-You-Go)

Prefer to pay per visit rather than commit to a membership? Our Wellness Centre services are available à la carte:

  • Infrared sauna: from $50 per hour

  • Steam room: $50 per 30 minutes

  • Massage chair: from $20

If you know you'll be practising regularly, a membership is generally the more cost-effective route compared with paying casually class-by-class and it removes the friction of re-booking and re-paying every time. Beyond the cost side, our members consistently tell us the real value is the community that builds when you see the same faces on the mat week after week.


Membership Terms You Should Know

We believe in being upfront about how memberships work:

  • Cancellation policy: cancellation is available up to 12 hours before a session's start time.

  • No-refund policy applies to bookings and sessions once confirmed.

  • Membership sharing: please don't book another person in under your membership everyone needs their own profile and membership.

Beyond Yoga: Deepen Your Practice

Once you're a member, Summer Healing offers pathways to go further:


New: Breathwork Certificate 1

If you want to start your breathwork journey without committing to the full 350-hour facilitator program, Breathwork Certificate 1 is your entry point.

  • 10 weeks, beginning the first Friday of November

  • Fridays, 5–7pm, delivered online via Zoom

  • Accredited by Breathwork Australia your pathway toward the full Rebirthing Breathwork Certificate

  • 10 modules with live Q&A during each Zoom session

  • Receive 10 guided breathes to work through your own healing, and learn the mythology and foundations of conscious connected breathing

  • Finish with a certificate that allows you to guide others through mini experience sessions

  • Investment: $1,500

This course is a genuine first step for anyone curious about eventually becoming a breathwork facilitator, or simply wanting a deep personal healing tool before deciding whether to go further. Enquire about Breathwork Certificate 1.


Try Breathwork First: Free Intro Session

New to breathwork and not sure it's for you yet? We recommend starting with a single Rebirthing Breathwork group class in Brunswick before enrolling in Breathwork Certificate 1 or the full facilitator training a low-cost way to feel the practice for yourself first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes contact our team and we can talk through switching between the 10-Class Pass, Silver and Crown options as your needs change.


Is there a long-term contract?

No fixed long-term lock-in is required for standard memberships. Cancellation terms (12 hours' notice per session, no-refund policy on confirmed bookings) apply as outlined above.


What if I can only make it to one or two classes a week?

The 10-Class Pass is often the better fit if you're practising less frequently, since you're not paying for unlimited access you won't fully use. Our team can help you work out which option makes financial sense for your schedule.


Do memberships include sauna and recovery centre access?

Only Crown Membership includes Wellness Centre access. Silver Membership covers unlimited yoga, Pilates and fitness classes only. Wellness Centre visits can otherwise be booked à la carte.


Is there a concession or hardship rate?

Yes, a Crown Membership Concession is available for members going through a difficult financial period. Reach out to our team to discuss.


How do I cancel my membership?
