Athletic Foundations This class is designed to build the essential base every athlete needs — strength, speed, mobility, and coordination. Through structured training that blends functional strength, core stability, agility drills, and movement mechanics, you’ll develop the fundamentals that support long-term performance and injury prevention. Expect a mix of: Foundational strength training (bodyweight, resistance work) Agility and footwork drills for faster, sharper movement Core and balance work for stability and power transfer Mobility and flexibility to keep joints healthy and movement efficient Whether you’re new to training, returning from a break, or looking to sharpen your performance, this class builds the strong foundation needed to excel in sport, fitness, and everyday life.
