Dear Music lovers and dance advocates, We hope you are keeping well and enjoying the spring time. After our last Ecstatic Dance event (Waves), with We are Good Vibe, were were able to celebrate the success of our collective achievements. A great energy was built together, releasing as a group. Especially that moment when Max pulled out the drums and we took orbit! Big thank you to the people who showed up for themselves and embraced the space together. Welcome to Rhythmic Ecstatic Dance: Rhythmic TRANSCENDENCE. We are excited to invite you to our next ecstatic dance event; Rhythmic Transcendence. This event is focused on transending the ordinary self with intentional and remedial movement / dance, to achieve a state of pure awareness, inner peace, and unity. This involves moving beyond mind and emotions; letting your body be free with deep presence. Details; Where: Summer Healing When: 3rd of October Time: 7 – 9:30pm With many years of experience from facilitators Mickey Space (DJ - Yoga Teacher - Ecstatic Dance Master) and Jess Miller (founder of Sacred Raving), we will be combining life force in our journey to foster self-awareness, emotional stability, and community connection. Jess specifically will make us feel so comfortable and safe with her presence and the container she holds. Following the cacao offering / meet and greet at the beginning, we begin with an opening circle to introduce our facilitators, been seen by one another and set our intentions. Following this we ground ourselves with breathwork and prime our energy for the ecstatic dance—a safe space to express, feel, and move freely. Mickey Space will carefully curate a magnetic, heartfelt, and a little intergalactic DJ journey, allowing ourselves to ignite that souful fire within. Blending Organic House, Melodic House, and Global Bass into an immersive journey that moves both body and spirit. Whether you stretch, dance, or simply stand still in presence; this is a sacred space to explore your own body’s needs.
