Rebirthing Breathwork, also known as Conscious Connected Breathing, is the ability to breathe energy as well as air. It is the art of learning to breathe from the breath itself. The technique involves merging the inhale with the exhale, in a gentle relaxed rhythm, in an intuitive way that floods the body with divine energy. It is an active breathing process that inspires access to your full potential for joy, aliveness and peace in life. Rebirthing helps us to unravel the birth-death cycle and to realign ourselves with our divine and eternal expression of pure life. It has been known to help us to release trauma which we store in the physical body and heal the outdated beliefs and conditioning that we created at birth or very early in life that continue to play out in our lives as patterned behaviour.
