Breath, sound, acupuncture, and meditation woven into a powerful 75-minute group experience. Step into a space of deep presence and restoration. This 75 minute group journey weaves together breath, sound, gentle acupuncture (1–2 points), and meditation to supprt your body, mind, and energy. Whether you're seeking stillness, clarity, or energetic renewal — this experience will meet you where you are. Mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and any comfort items (e.g. eye pillow, journal, crystals). Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in — doors will close promptly at 6PM for an uninterrupted experience. $40 | 75 Minutes | Fortnightly
