Tantric Hatha with stef i’ve been training as a yogi since 15. Back then my Dad started my yoga journey through Bikram (an amazing foundation). i’ve since explored yoga through dozens of different styles, teachers and countries/continents. Across all that exploration and discipleship, my all-time favourite — in terms of cultivating inner Strength, Power, Clarity, Focus and Balance, which are essential benefits of any good yoga practice — is Tantric Hatha. i learnt Tantric Hatha through this American dude Rod Stryker who founded ParaYoga, and also had transmissions of it through Brad Hay, an Aussie who lives in Byron/Northern Rivers. come along to explore this unique and potent blend of Yoga philosophy. you can expect depth, transformation and a special kind of inner-alive-stillness that other forms of yoga don’t often give you.
