Our trainee teachers are passionate humble and ready to take it to the next level they are students of our teacher training program. It are confident and experienced enough to step into teaching Name: Yin & Yang Yoga 1 hour and 15 minute Monday 3rd of February 6pm Discription: ‘ “Balance is not something you find; it’s something you create” - JK Discover emotional balance through this blend of active, energising Yang flow and restful, introspective Yin poses. This class begins with dynamic sequences to build up heat and vitality, transitions into deeply calming stretches, and concludes with guided reflection or meditation. Each session focuses deeper on a theme like creativity, connection, and balance, exploring how we perceive our relationships, love, passion, and work etc. This to access more knowledge about ourselves and our surroundings. Designed for all levels, this class offers a safe, supportive space to grow mentally and emotionally through creating balance. ‘
