Two Ways to Experience Sound Healing at Summer Healing
Both formats use the same crystal singing bowls and the same trained facilitators the difference is how much movement comes before the sound.
A fully passive sound bath. Lie on a mat while the facilitator plays crystal singing bowls throughout.

Inside a Sound Healing Session
There's no technique to learn. A trained facilitator guides the room from arrival to close, so all you need to bring is yourself.
Arrive a few minutes early, wear comfortable clothing, and avoid a heavy meal beforehand. Bring water. We provide mats, bolsters and blankets you're welcome to bring your own if you'd prefer something familiar.
Settling in
You lie down while the facilitator plays layered crystal bowl tones around the room. Most people notice fairly quick relaxation; some describe warmth, tingling, or an unexpected emotional response. There's nothing you need to do except stay still and receive it.
The sound bath
The facilitator brings the room gently back to full awareness. Give yourself a few minutes before jumping into anything demanding, many attendees describe sleeping better that night.

Who Sound Healing Suits
Sound healing suits people managing everyday stress, anxiety or burnout, and anyone looking for a genuinely passive way to unwind no yoga, meditation or breathwork background required. It's regularly booked by shift workers, new parents, students and inner-north locals who want an hour where nothing is asked of them.
It also works well as a complement to other practices at the studio. If you're already exploring breathwork, pairing a monthly sound bath with a rebirthing breathwork practice is a common combination among our regulars.
Before you book
If you have epilepsy, severe tinnitus, or are in your first trimester of pregnancy, check with your healthcare provider before attending. Sound healing is a relaxation practice, not a medical treatment, and it isn't a substitute for professional care.
