We are honoured to have Jahn Hooks, internationally renowned Rebirth Practitioner as one of our guest lecturers, we are very excited for him to share some of his teachings with us all. Come and learn the original Leonard Orr linage of consciousness connected breathing.This Course is for anyone who would like to learn in depth knowledge Rebirthing-Breathwork, regardless of if it is for your own healing and practice or to share it with others. No prior breath work experience necessary as we cover all aspects of the practice in our training.Rebirthing Breathwork aka Conscious Connected Breathing, is the ability to breathe Energy as well as air. It is the art of learning to breathe from the Breath Itself. Rebirthing is perhaps the most valuable self-healing ability that humans can learn. We can not have disease and relaxation in the same space at the same time. Relaxation is the ultimate healer. Every breath induces relaxation. Therefore, breathing is the basic healer. Conscious Connected Breathing is the most natural healing ability of all. This ability involves merging the inhale with the exhale in a gentle relaxed rhythm in an intuitive way that floods the body with Divine Energy.Rebirthing also helps us to unravel the birth-death cycle and to realign ourselves with our divine and eternal expression of pure life. Rebirthing also helps us to release trauma which we store in the physical body and heal the outdated beliefs and conditioning that we created at birth or very early in life that continue to play out in our lives as patterned behaviour.Rebirthing is the most non invasive way to heal ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. When we can consciously connect to our breath we are consciously connecting to life and we can help remind others that they too can heal with their own breath too which in turn gives them more health, happiness, success, connection and peace of mind. Watching Divine Energy move in our own body and mind is very magical, mystical, and miraculous. I never cease to be amazed by this work because it is the essence of Life Itself.
